As the manager of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), she embodies the forward-thinking initiatives set forth by His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa, the chairman of the NRM Party, and translates them into impactful actions that benefit the people of Uganda.
