Florence Mutonerwa- the Regional Manager- Central of FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI) has been crowned FINCA star 2020.
FINCA star is a global award that recognizes star players in regions with FINCA presence across the globe. Mutonerwa significantly contributed to business development and growth during the trying times of the COVID19 pandemic.

Prior to joining FINCA Uganda, Florence served as a Senior Branch Manager Ecobank Uganda. Prior to this, she worked at Finance Trust Bank and Equity Bank Ltd, notably serving in management capacities as Branch Manager in Uganda. Florence is an Alumnus of Uganda Management Institute (UMI) with Management Studies (MMS) and Makerere University Bachelor’s Degree.
