From Seedlings to Prosperity: Kabarongo’s Initiative Takes Root

Lyantonde, Uganda – A local leader has embarked on an ambitious initiative to enhance agricultural productivity in the region by introducing modern farming techniques, irrigation systems, and improving market access for farmers. The project, which began with the establishment of coffee nursery beds in Lyantonde and Kaliiro sub-counties, aims to increase coffee production and improve the livelihoods of local farmers.

According to sources, the initiative will soon be expanded to every sub-county in Lyantonde, providing farmers with easy access to high-quality coffee seedlings, technical support, and market opportunities. At the forefront of this initiative is Hon. Gernerous Kabarongo Namara Mugisha, an aspiring Woman Member of Parliament for Lyantonde District.
