Gen. Muhoozi has a “Powerful Weapon” Which Scared EU Diplomats

The Chief Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), Gen Salim Saleh apologized to the European Union diplomats in Uganda amidst alleged threats against them by the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

The Diplomats who seemingly took to their feet against threatened by the Mighty Ugandan General were assured of safety. Gen. Saleh however assured that although he can apologize on behalf of Uganda’s army chief, he not sure which next weapon Gen. Muhoozi will unleash from his arsenal against the diplomats.

Gen. Muhoozi seems to be having a secret weapon hidden ‘in’ X, a social media platform formerly known as Twitter. Some Ugandans told this publication that Muhoozi knows when to use the weapons in this arsenal against his adversaries.

A team of European Union (EU) member state ambassadors, led by the EU ambassador to Uganda, Jan Sadek, reported Gen Saleh that Gen Muhoozi, used one of his controversial weapons on X-platform, which had threatened “to take us to his basement.”

The EU dignitaries had met with Gen Saleh at his home in Gulu City on Thursday during their three-day tour of Acholi Sub-region. The diplomats visited the region on a tour to understand the political development in Northern Uganda, ahead of the 2026 general elections.

Gen. Saleh, however, downplayed the threats against the EU diplomats, describing Gen Muhoozi as a “nice guy” and “not really a big issue”.

Among the people who were ‘killed’ by Muhoozi’s weapon include the Uganda Human Rights Commission Boss Miriam Fauzat Wangadya after she demanded the release of Eddie Mutwe. Eddie Mutwe is the Chief Body Guard of the National Unity Platform (NUP) party President Robert Bobi Wine.

According to Gen Saleh, Gen Muhoozi is one of the powerful  GEN Z soldiers (people born between 1996 and 2010) and the only Uganda Chief of Defense Forces capable of using this weapon.  It seems even gen. Saleh fears X, one of Muhoozi’s secret weapon.

The act of EU diplomats running to Gen. Saleh left many Ugandans wondering when did the diplomatic practice of not reporting to the host countries change? Some even anticipate that this could be a fulfilment of Gen. iddi Amin’s prophesy of making Europeans kneel in respect of African leaders. Otherwise, why would the diplomats run miles away from the capital Kampala to the village chief in Gulu just to report a Gen Z boy? When “We don’t know what he will Tweet at night”
