DP Presidential Elections: Hon. Richard Sebamala Emerges as Frontrunner

Hon. Richard Sebamala, the incumbent Member of Parliament for Bukoto Central Constituency, has thrown his hat into the ring for the Democratic Party (DP) presidential elections.
