A Journalist Moses Kizito Buule Vow to Unseat Mukono District Speaker Emmanuel Mbonye

Moses Kizito Buule is determined to unseat Mukono district speaker Emmanuel Mbonye who has represented Mpatta sub county found in Mukono for two terms who he accuse of not to have represented well in the district council.

Buule is a journalist working with online news website Watchdog Uganda and he before he started his media journey with Vision Group he is determined to unseat Mukono District Speaker Mbonye Emanuel.

Currently he serves on board of Human Rights Network for Journalist (HRNJ) has a board member an organization which advocates for media rights in the country.

In last general elections of 2016 Buule contested in NRM primaries to represent Mpatta sub county but he lost to incumbent Mbonye who also represented that party in general elections.

Buule says that after making Hon. Johnson Muyanja Ssenyonga popular in my home constituency am now focusing on representing my people in the district council come next elections.

“We’re the grandchildren of the constituency and it’s incumbent upon us to develop our people and unseat those who have not represented our people well in various political positions” said the NRM strong member Buule.

This race had also attracted a one Sowedi Sebakuuba who later withdraw claiming now to support the son of the soil Buule.

The race is expected to be tough because he has to first face many candidates in NRM primaries to get the party flag in coming party elections.
