The Secretary-Office of the President, Hajji Yunus Kakande has revealed that Justine Nameere, who is being accused of physically attacking Presidential Assistant Jennifer Nakanguubi, is no longer a Presidential Advisor as some media outlets claim.
According to Hajji Kakande, Nameere resigned from her position as the Presidential Advisor in charge of Greater Masaka Affairs before joining the race for the NRM flagbearer for Masaka City Woman Member of Parliament.
“She resigned months ago when she was going to join elective politics,” he affirmed today during an interview with this news website.
Hajji Kakande’s clarity follows the recent physical confrontation between Nameere and Full Figure.
The incident took place on 29th August, 2025 when Full Figure was intercepted along Kyadondo Road while heading to a hotel to attend a press conference organised by Mr. Moses Karangwa.
The video showing assault on Full Figure allegedly orchestrated by Nameere and her husband has since been doing rounds on social media.
According to police, Full Figure filed a case with them, alleging that Nameere and her husband attacked her, taking her mobile phone and Shs500,000 in cash.
Police have since launched an investigation into the matter and are currently searching for Nameere and her accomplices.
