Among other conditions was a guarantee that the People power boss Hon. Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine will not be at the rally, this has come due to the health working relationship between Bobi Wine and JEEMA.

The other conditions was proof of an ambulance and fire extinguishers which on the event, providing a written document from the IGP allowing them to hold a rally which JEEMA thinks its no where as a must, and after Completing the above, pay a sum of seven hundred thousand 700,000/= to pay the policemen who will be on duty.

The justice forum therefore sees all these as illegal and can’t comply with them.On a phone interview Mr. Sentongo told The scribe news that they will not stop their country wide rallies in a bid to change their grassroot leadership.
