Kibalama changed his motive and demanded Kyagulanyi to hand him back his political party which Kyagulanyi says that he is being forced by state agents to make a U-turn.

Former NUP leader Moses Nkonge Kibalama and the former secretary General Ssimbwa Paul Kagombe to be cross examined by NUP legal team next week.
This after their new affidavits were presented in court in which they now say the process of changing the party name and getting new leaders was illegal contradicting the first ones. The legal team is led by Hon Medard Ssegona.
