President Museveni Expresses his heartfelt sympathy With the Family of the Late DRDC Hajjat Nusura Nabukalu

In a condolence message presented by the Minister for Presidency, Hon. Babirye Milly Babalanda, President Museveni expressed his heartfelt sympathy to the family of the late DRDC, Hajjat Nusura Nabukalu and all Ugandans.

“I was saddened to learn of the untimely death of Hajjati Nabukalu Nusura, the Deputy RDC of Budaka District.”

“On behalf of the government and the NRM Party, I convey heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family, her colleagues and the entire country. The sudden death of Hajjati Nabukalu Nusura has robbed the Country of a dedicated servant, who followed the NRM’s correct ideology of championing the people’s legitimate interests.” President noted

“In the NRM, we consider leadership as an opportunity to solve the problems of society like insecurity, poverty, diseases, etc. Leaders are like social doctors because they are expected to find an effective cure to the challenges of society.” He said

“Therefore, it is sad that we have lost a loyal cadre and champion of the people’s interests.” President Praised her

“I salute Hajjati Nabukalu for contributing to the socio-economic transformation of Uganda. We are not only mourning her death but also celebrating her achievements and service to the people of Uganda. During this moment of grief, my thoughts are with the bereaved family. May God grant you the fortitude and courage to go through this trying moment.” President Concluded

The Minister also presented 20 million shillings from the President and 5 million shillings from her office of the Presidency to the bereaved family
