A Youth in Mukono Caught attempting Defiling a Step Sister Commit Suicide over Sex

Shock has engulfed residents of Industrial Area in Mukono Municipality upon discovering a youth after committing suicide in a toilet using a rope.

Fahad Mayiga, aged 15 years, committed suicide out of shame after a failed move to defile his six-year step daughter.

According to his father Kabugo Sowed says that the deceased dropped out of school and he resorted to selling merchandizes in Mukono town.

Kabugo explains that yesterday he tried to punish him when he tried to have sex with a six year old girl yesterday and he took off.

He hide in a toilet and locked the door unfortunately on Saturday morning he was discovered when he had committed suicide using a rope.

The deceased’s father claims that the boy dropped out of school at an early age. Residents in the area are worried that such cases of suicide are likely to continue during this lockdown period.

The Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Patrick Onyango notes that the victim either out of anger or shame probably went and locked himself in a pit latrine and committed suicide using a sisal rope.

Onyango reveals that the step mother Nusula Nakigiri who caught them had warned to report the matter to her husband Sowed Kabugo.

The body had no physical injuries observed on the body however his tongue was out. Homicide police from Mukono police division visited the scene and later took the body to Kawolo hospital for postmodern.
