Business man Lwasa aligns Club Tarven Kick on market; roars for Real-estate business
Writes BRIAN MUGENYI
The Masaka city tycoon Lwasa Emmanuel has aligned Club Tarven Kick on market following the future prospects of investing in Real Estate business.
Lwasa elevated the Club Tarven Kick business in 2015 as away of investing in night club business and supporting local businesses and music industry.
As for clarity; Lwasa’s Club Tarven Kick business sits on 3 floors and is comprised of 21 self contained rooms with modern art work worthy 4.5 billion.
The highs scrapper structure sits on 70 to 200 feet and wholly registered with the land title and ample reserving space along Mbarara Highyway, Masaka City.
The eight years altogether in the Night Club business remains a hard rock to drill according to the proprietor Lwasa also the owner of Lwasa Events Company and Trans equator gold miners company.
“ The Night Club business is tiresome and tricky as most of the businesses are effected at late night hours compared to the Real Estate business I’ve invested into apparently,” said Lwasa.
By contrast, Lwasa shares that the business sector in Uganda is toxic due to heavy taxes levied on goods and club business is highly charged compared to other businesses.
“I’ve resolved to sell it due to heavy pressures of working late hours; delays in profit achievements yet I am planning for personal and family long time businesses for my retirement,” Lwasa 54- years -old shared.
He ponders that replacing Club Tarven Kick with Real- Estate business is a long term prospect and visionary idea for the future planning and succession.
Before; Lwasa share that he adamantly believes that Uganda’s business magnets; Patrick Bitature and Godfrey Kirumira inspired him to roar for Real- Estate business which he had invested into as early as 2006 in Kampala City.
Lwasa was wholly in Transport business in 2015 before settling for Night Club business.
The Facility; Club Tarven Kick was replicated from Club Triple Seven in Gwangzhou in China and remains one of a kind in Uganda whose plan and architectural designs and structural materials such as glasses were fetched from India and the furniture in Dubai.
Apparently; Lwasa supports Express Football Team (EFT) in Star-Times Uganda Premier League and Arsenal football Team in Europe and remains a long serving civil servant and hopes to invest in media industry by setting up a Television Station in the country to promote the music, Hotel and tourism industry.
