Major Matayo Kyaligonza Slaps a Police Traffic Officer
Major Matayo Kyaligonza slaps a female traffic officer when she stopped him at Tuskys supermarket in Seeta town after he made a U-turn which is wrong according to road regulations of Uganda. They jumped out of their vehicle and military men he was traveling with manhandled her and the traffic officer was beaten kicked and even almost cut her with a sword.
Army Spokes person Brig. Richard Karemire says that they have received information about the incident a sergeant traffic police officer and military soldiers. He says its regrettable and he apologizes to police officer adding that UPDF is going to investigate the incident.
