Minister Babalanda confirms death of Personal Assistant’s wife 

The Minister for Presidency, Hon. Babirye Milly Babalanda has confirmed the death of Ms. Gladys Aliyinza, the wife of her Personal Assistant, Hajji Faruk Kirunda.

According to the Minister, Ms. Aliyinza passed on earlier today in a terrible road accident.

“With a heavy heart, I announce the untimely death of Ms. Gladys Aliyinza, the wife of my Personal Assistant, Hajji @kirunda_faruk, who passed on earlier today in a road accident. I extend my sincere condolences to Hajji Kirunda, his family and the entire Office of the President. May Gladys’ Soul Rest In Eternal Peace,” Hon. Babalanda posted on her official X Account.

The accident occurred at Nawansega village in Bukoova town council, Luuka district.

Earlier, Hajji Kirunda also posted, “Dear relatives, friends and in-laws,With a very heavy heart, I announce the untimely death of my dear wife, Gladys Aliyinza, who passed on in an accident earlier today. It’s a heavy blow on our young family and pray to Allah to see us through.
