Minister Ronald Kibuule’s Twins Drown in a Swimming Pool
State minister for Water Ronald Kibuule twin kids drown in his home swimming pool and died instantly.
This happened at his home located in Mbalala village found in Nama Sub county Mukono district.
Kibuule produced the deceased twins in one of his wives identified as Fortunate Kibuule and they were two years old.
