Mukono Village Chairperson Richard Lugolobi wins MTAC Guild President Race

Mukono village chairperson Richard Lugolobi Kasirivu wins MTAC of Nakawa guild president race in which he scored 52.1% while Emmanuel Kabaale who came second got 33.3%.

Lugolobi who is 32 years a village chairperson of Kiwanga Lwanda located in Goma division Mukono district he stood as a candidate on People Power Movement pressure group.

He is doing a course in Public Administration and management he joined this institute in August year after winning the leadership of village chairperson.

Lugolobi in his village is a pillar of People Power Movement and in every event he mobilizes residents he leads to support people power pressure group.

Lugolobi despite of his age on his village of Kiwanga Lwanda has been seen trying to defend the interests of his residents and currently he is struggling with a powerful business man and rally driver Ponsiano Lwakataka who he accuse of terrorizing his residents.
