As for clarity, Kazibwe is married to Ms Joan Nakabira, 48 years old and served as the speaker of Legal fraternity for students at Makerere University and a practising lawyer of Buddu County .
” It is disgusting. We have two government schools, St Mugaga Kindu and St Maurice Lwagulwe,  students travel long distances and number of schools should be increased which Mr. Sebamala hasn’t considered among his demands from the locals,” said Kazibwe during an exclusive interview with the writer.
” I am a lawyer. I hope to fight for the affected people whose land have been grabbed, imprisoned especially youth whose rights have been violated which my brother has Sebamala has failed to perfect in his five years term in parliament,” he shared.
“Majority of business men have taken away natives land which I am hoping to rectify legally,” he added,”
Ahead of the elections, 80% of the people in Bukoto Central Constituency are youths especially in Kyesiga and other nearby areas and Majellan is well acquainted with the desires of the youth.
According to Mr. Kazibwe, the locals in Bukoto Central Constituency have failed to gain the full service delivery such as access to piped water in villages, well moveable feeder roads and markets.
The Bukoto Central Constituency comprises of 29189 registered voters within the 51 polling stations according to the Uganda’s Electro Commission data analysis.
Kazibwe has been a radical individual in ensuring service delivery in legal matters and fighting for the rights of majority.
