Bulungu Fred: A youthful leader hoping to Represent Kyanamukaaka Sub County at Msaka District

The Masaka youthful leader Mr. Bulungu Fred has advised the youth  to plan and work hard during their youthful days.

Bulungu  at 29 years is a graduate from Rakai School of nursing with a Certificate in medical nursing contesting for the position of Bukoto Central Constituency Councilor LCV in Masaka District under National Unity Platform.

According to Mr. Bulungu, youth should work with developmental leaders and get assistance in mentorship and developmental programs.

” I want to lead them into productive leadership that could give them a productive jobs that’s why I am contesting as Kyanamukaaka LCV Councilor,” he said.

He is hoping to advocate for the rights of youth and the local communities in Masaka City through empowering them by extending developmental projects to them such as piped water, roads infrastructure and advocating for good health centers.

” We don’t have health centers in most of important units in villages in Bukoto Central Constituency areas only Kyanamukaaka Health Centre is available to serve almost 105 villages that make Bukoto Central Constituency.

As a leader I hope to work on this and advocate for youth employment opportunities especially those in farming and casual labor works,” he added.
